Ingredients

  • 250 g/½ lb sieved raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Kirsch
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • juice of ½ lemon

    Method

    Mix all the ingredients together. Add less sugar if the raspberries are very sweet.
