To serve ‘on the rocks’ fill a highball glass with ice and pour over all the ingredients, stir, and top up with soda if you wish.

Garnish with an orange twist, using the method as for the lemon twist in Martini.

If preferred ‘straight up’ fill a mixing glass with ice and pour over all the ingredients.
