Ingredients

  • 1 medium floury potato
  • 1 red capsicum (pepper)
  • 1 egg yolk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Set the potato on a baking tray and prick it several times with a fork. Bake for 1 hour
