Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots, sliced
  • 425 g/15 oz cauliflower, cut into florets, woody core discarded<

Method

Steam the carrots and cauliflower for 7 minutes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the tomatoes over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Boil the pasta following the packet instructions and drain.

Blitz the tomato and cheese mixture with the veg. Serve with the pasta.
