This really is an emergency fallback, needing just pasta, butter, Parmesan and Cheddar. If you’re lacking one cheese, use more of the other.

Ingredients

  • 85 g/3 oz baby pasta or spaghetti
  • 40 g/

Method

Cook the pasta as directed on the packet. Drain.

Melt butter on the hot pasta and add the cheeses, mixing quite hard. Add pepper and serve immediately.
