  • 1 large Ruby Red grapefruit
  • Tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp

Method

Cut a thin slice off the top and bottom of the grapefruit, and stand the fruit on a cut end. Working from top to bottom, cut away the peel and white pith in wide strips, following the contour of the fruit. Working over a bowl, cut along both sides of each segment to free it from the membrane, capturing the segments in the bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, oil, vine
