The perfect chocolate chip cookie for me is big and buttery, crisp on the edges and slightly chewy in the center. It’s also important that they look as good as they taste, so there are plenty of chocolate chips in the cookie as well as on the top.

Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
