I just can’t say no to a florentine. I end up eating quite a few of these whenever I make them. There is just something about toasted nuts and gooey caramel, bound together in sweet perfection. This caramel-based confection is easy to adjust by adding any fruit puree to create the flavored caramel that strikes your fancy.
