Put the breadcrumbs, flour and butter in a blender or food processor and blend until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Transfer to a bowl, then add the cheese and herbs and combine the ingredients. Wet your hands, divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and roll into balls.
If not using immediately, cover and keep refrigerated for up to 6 hours before cooking.
