Born in America, but living more than half her life in Europe, Beverly LeBlanc’s cooking and writings reflect her trans-Atlantic heritage. Her appreciation of good food started at her mother’s table in Ohio, while today she relishes the diverse flavours on offer in London and cross Europe, especially the Mediterrean. She is the author of books on the food and cultures of France, Spain an India. Beverly is also the author of the best-selling I Love My Slow Cooker and the Virgin Student Cookbook, as well as eight other successful cookery books. I Love Soups will be published with the year, and she currently at work on a book pasta recipes from around the world. Beverly trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine, in London, and studied at the Ritz cookery school in Paris.
