How to Cook Everything

How to Cook Everything

By Mark Bittman

The title is quite a claim and the book isn't quite that comprehensive, but this is my go-to reference source for straightforward, clear information and fail-proof recipes.

How to Eat

How to Eat

By Nigella Lawson

As unappealing as it might sound, Nigella's ham cooked in Coca Cola is reason enough to buy this book.
