  • 55 g/2 oz tinned anchovies in oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped


Put the anchovies and their oil in a small saucepan over a high heat and stir until the anchovies dissolve into the oil. Stir in the garlic, parsley and paprika, then remove from the heat and set aside.

Meanwhile, preheat the grill to high and position the grill rack 5 cm/
