Rub the paprika all over the turkey breast, then put it in the slow cooker. Add the beans to the cooker, tucking them down around the turkey. Add the bay leaves, tarragon and turkey bones, if using.

Pour over the apple juice, making sure the beans are covered. The turkey breast might not be covered with liquid. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover the cooker with the lid. Cook on
