  • 500 g/1 lb 2 oz/generous cups sauerkraut

Method

Mix together the sauerkraut, apple sauce, carrot, brown sugar, orange juice and paprika in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and leave to one side. Season both sides of the pork steaks with salt and pepper.
