  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Method

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the cinnamon sticks and fry, stirring, for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Use a slotted spoon to remove the cinnamon sticks from the pan and leave to one side.
