This dressing is phenomenal on Bliss Bowls, stir-fried vegetables, or gluten-free grains. For a quick and fabulous pad thai, toss it with wide rice noodles or rice linguine, crumbled firm tofu, chopped fresh cilantro, shredded carrots, thinly sliced scallion greens, fresh bean sprouts, and chopped roasted peanuts.
