I love crab. In this dish the flaked crabmeat, a mixture of white and brown meat, is on a bed of steamed spinach with a faint seasoning of nutmeg – a spice which enhances the taste of both the crab and the spinach – with cheese on top. The cheese sauce is set with the addition of egg, so that the whole thing isn’t too runny.

The recipe for Sesame Toast. It can be made in advance and reheated to serve. Store it in an airtight container.
