Chicken & Rice

We have a running joke in our family about my mother’s devoted love of chicken and rice. There is something really homey about taking a large pot out of the oven and setting it on the table with the people you love around you. This dish is usually served with a selection of salads and Kisolo Mleko So Pechen Luk (Yogurt with Garlic, Cucumber, and Dill).
