This dish looks so fancy and sophisticated but it is really quite easy to make. Leeks, feta, and ricotta is a common filling in Macedonian dishes, and the combination is delicious. The sweetness of the leeks is a perfect balance to the salty creaminess of the cheese. Toothpicks help to hold the chicken together in the oven. If you can’t find skin-on boneless chicken breasts, ask your butcher to prepare them for you.
