I love the delicate flavor of Cornish hens with wilted cabbage. This recipe is so simple and rustic.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cornish hens, halved, backbone removed, wing tips trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons (45 g) unsalted butter, melted

Method
