Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 cups (100 g) coarsely chopped baby spinach

Method

In a large sauté pan, melt the butter and add the spinach. Toss to coat, just until the spinach begins to wilt and has turned bright green. Then immediately remove from the heat, and mix with the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until needed.
