  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Two 8 oz (225 g)

Method

In a medium skillet, melt the butter and sauté the sauerkraut with the paprika for 3 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Remove from the heat and mix in the cheese and egg until fully incorporated. Refrigerate until needed.
