These are typically a celebration cookie and every Macedonian family I know makes them for special occasions. During the holidays, we always made platters of these cookies for our Macedonian neighbors and extended family.

5 ½ cup 120 ml ½
Method
Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or hand mixer, mix together 4 of the eggs and the milk, oil, sugar, baking powder, and orange juice. Slowly add the flour, mixing for a few minutes, until fully incorporated and a dough forms. Shape the dough into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
