Rang muối is a popular Vietnamese style of cooking seafood that translates to “salt toasted.” This is our favorite way to cook squid, and it takes very little time. For our version, we use a pre-made tempura batter mix for ease, which you’ll use to coat bite-size pieces of squid before deep-frying them all in hot oil.
