Pomelo Salad

Pomelo, the largest of all citruses, is native to Southeast Asia. One of our favorite salad dishes makes use of this juicy, mildly sweet-and-sour fruit by tossing slices of it in a dressing of fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. We like to pair this refreshing dish with fried appetizers like Egg Rolls.
