Grilled Pork Vietnamese Sandwich

We loved sandwiches so much that we opened up our own family sandwich shop, Paris Sandwich, in 2006. We decided to close it after a decade, but we still return to the recipes for the dishes we made there over and over again. While bánh mì can be made with cooked meat or cold cuts, this grilled pork version is my favorite and I make it at home for Yen.
