Shaking Beef

Lúc lắc means “shaking” or “jiggling,” and it refers to the way the cubes of beef sizzle as they hit the piping hot skillet. This is an all-time favorite of Vietnamese kids, including me when I was growing up. We eat it with white rice and an egg, or with Mama Ly’s Fried Rice.
