Le Secret d’Amour

This is our take on a rum cocktail with a distinctly Southeast Asian flair, thanks to the addition of passion fruit purée, which you can purchase at the grocery store. Though the strong, tart flavor of passion fruit could be overpowering in a drink, we temper it with dashes of five-spice bitters, which offers strong notes of warm pepper and anise.
