Miss Saigon

Plum is widely used in candies and drinks throughout Asia, and we wanted to create a cocktail that features traditional plum wine as the main ingredient. Plum wine is a great aperitif on its own, but pairs well with peach, which brightens up the concentrated sweetness of plum. We added vodka to give it a kick, with fresh mint and lime juice to freshen everything up.
