Mudslide Madeleines

Being excessively fond of chocolate, i have a thick folder full of recipes for decadent mudslide cookies. My favorite is the creation of master pastry chef Jacques torres (a.k.a. Mr. Chocolate), owner of the Jacques torres chocolate factories in New york City. Smushed into each of his mudslide cookies are three kinds of chocolate as well as toasted walnuts. I kept that chocolate-packed tradition alive in these madeleines.
