A cooling yogurt dish that works with all Indian meals. It also makes an excellent snack which can be stored in the refrigerator and taken out whenever someone complains of being tired, hot and hungry.

Ingredients

  • 570 ml/1 pint natural yogurt
  • 13 cm/5

Method

  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl. Beat lightly with a fork until smooth and creamy. Mix in all the other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
