It’s great to experiment with different filling options depending on what you like and can get your hands on. Just don’t fill overfill the quesadillas, or they will be too difficult to flip over. They will still taste good, but might look a bit battered! Our household favorite fillings include baked beans, grated cheddar cheese and a shake of Worcestershire sauce, or grated cheddar cheese with sliced avocado, fresh cilantro leaves and tomato salsa.
