Homemade Pop Tarts

THE RECIPE I have been obsessed with pop tarts since I was a kid. Making them at home may require a little extra work, but the results are worth it. You can use nearly any filling recipe in this book, and four of my favorites follow this recipe. Each filling recipe makes enough for 9 pop tarts, but all can easily be scaled up or down.
