Mixing the Dough

Mix phyllo dough by hand or use a stand mixer.

By-Hand Method

  1. Place flour, vinegar, oil, and water in a large bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until dough is too tough to stir. Then mix dough with your hands until it holds its shape and no clumps remain.
  2. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead dough with
