Before we get into the recipes, let us start the juices flowing with a drink. This is our house aperitivo concocted by my husband when we were living in Milan, It has a beautiful coral red color and is smooth, fragrant, refreshing, and potent. Here is Victor’s description of how he goes about making it. Salute!
