It may sound stupid, but try this with bananas that have been in the freezer for at least three days. You don’t have to of course but it’s AMAZING if you do. Once defrosted they’ll be black and horribly soft and look all gross and mooshy inside. But, they’re unspeakably delicious. This is how you get a banana to taste how we imagine them to be.
