Deep Fried Cauliflower

Should this have been in the veg section? Probably, but it was too late, we couldn’t change it Hahahahha.

The idea for these came from a sandwich designed for us by Tom Oldroyd and he is a flavour ninja. These lightly spiced, fried cauliflower pieces are the work of a twisted mind, and that should be all the encouragement you need to make these and sandwich with them. Especially when you’ve leftover curry.
