This was the first guest sandwich we ever had. There have been others since, but this has remained a favourite! Tom and his Mrs, Meryl Fernandes, are some of The Sandwich Shop’s oldest friends, often found on Table 3, smashing mac ‘n’ cheese balls and sinking Hanky Pankies.
