  • 1 denté, weighing just over 1 kg ( lb), cleaned

Method

Put the sliced onions in the bottom of a baking dish, as the bed for the fish. Score the cleaned fish on both sides, insert the lemon half-slices into the score marks, and lay the fish on its bed.

Mix thoroughly the garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs and moisten the mixture with olive oil, then spread it over the fish. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and rock salt. Pour the rest
