Method

The anchovy is a star performer in the antipasto league. Here are two simple and delicious ways of using it. I verified their excellence in the Trattoria Oswaldo at Boccadasse, a tiny fishing village formerly close to but now engulfed by Genoa.

First, Acciughe al Limone
