Have the octopus cleaned; put it in a pan by itself over a medium flame. It will turn red. Take it out and chop it up. Meanwhile set the olive oil to heat.
Let the pieces of octopus brown slightly in the hot olive oil. Add the chopped onion and let it turn golden. At this point add all the remaining ingredients. Stir and cover. Simmer until the octopus is cooked, which will take between
