  • About

This is the all-purpose, most loved sauce for fish. You can bake it, grill it, or poach it. Just marinate the fish in a little charmoula, the classic Moroccan marinade for fish, spoon a little more over the top when you serve it, and you have a winner on your plate!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruity olive oil
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup

Method

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together lightly. Rub a little over the fish up to 3 hours before cooking and let it marinate in the refrigerator. Cook the fish and spoon some more over the top. Serve the fish with couscous.
