This is a good recipe for leftover kibbe, the stuffed bulgur-and-meat ovals that are a famous Lebanese meze. Kubba bi’l-laban, which means “kibbe with yogurt,” is one of many preparations you can make with kibbe. Here the kibbe are stirred into yogurt for a very satisfying dish, served with rice when not serving it as a meze.
