This is one of the first dishes that made it onto The Pipe and Glass menu and is a firm favourite. I did remove it once but customers just kept asking when it would be back on the menu, so it’s been with us ever since. I’ve simply taken the good old potted meat dish and livened it up a little. I’ve also combined crackling in the salad to make tasty little crispy croutons.
