I love the interaction with friends when you have a BBQ with a glass or two of liquid refreshment on long hot summer days and balmy nights. Summer salad ingredients are amazing with their vibrant colours and fresh tastes oozing summer goodness. Our Yorkshire salad is traditionally served with a barbecued leg of lamb al fresco, but works equally well indoors.
