Ingredients

  • 8–12 pork belly ribs
  • olive oil, for brushing

Method

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, then add the pork belly ribs. Turn the heat down and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the meat is tender and cooked through. Drain the ribs in a colander and allow to dry for a couple of minutes.
