  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 swordfish fillets, about 200 g/7

Method

  1. To make the raita, mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Season well with salt and pepper, then set aside while you prepare the swordfish, so that all the fresh flavours can develop.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. F
