  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 500 ml

Method

  1. To make the curry paste, put all the ingredients into a mini food processor, season with a good pinch of salt and grind to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, then throw in the mustard seeds. When they start popping after about 30 seconds, add the curry paste and stir-fry for a further 30 seconds until fragrant.
