Nasi Goreng is a classic rice dish that is served all over Indonesia and is also common in Malaysia and Singapore. It’s usually served with a soft fried egg on the top – the best bit is breaking the yolk over the rice! This recipe calls for shrimp paste, which is a common ingredient in South East Asian cooking.
