Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  2. Slice the croissants through the centre, horizontally, so the pastry opens up like a sandwich. Dip the cut-side of both halves in the syrup and place cut-side up on t
