  • 1 bunch spring onions, whiskers trimmed and any limp greens excised

Method

  1. Roughly chop the spring onions. Put them in the jar of a blender, along with the salt and oil, flip the switch to purée and let the blender do its thing until the spring onions and the oil are almost one—stop it before they’re totally emulsified.
